  • Full refund available: If cancelled at least 48 hours before scheduled consultation
  • 50% refund available: If cancelled 24-48 hours before scheduled consultation
  • No refund: For cancellations less than 24 hours or no-shows
  • Rescheduling: Available at no charge with 24-hour notice

3. Engineering Design Services

For design and engineering project services:

  • Initial consultation fee: Non-refundable after consultation is completed
  • Project deposits: Refundable minus 10% administrative fee if project is cancelled before work begins
  • Partial work completed: No refund for work already performed; remaining balance refundable
  • Full project completion: No refunds as all services will have been delivered

4. Industrial Control Systems

For industrial control system engineering:

  • Assessment services: Full refund if cancelled before on-site work begins
  • Design and implementation: Refund calculated based on completed work percentage
  • System integration: Non-refundable once system integration has commenced
  • Ongoing support: Monthly service fees refundable with 30-day written notice

5. Power System Analysis

For power system analysis services:

  • Preliminary analysis: Full refund if cancelled before data collection begins
  • Detailed studies: Refund based on completed analysis stages
  • Report delivery: No refunds after final report has been delivered
  • Revision requests: Minor revisions included; major revisions may incur additional charges

6. Payment Processing

Refund processing details:

  • Processing time: 10-15 business days after approval
  • Original payment method: Refunds processed to original payment method
  • Bank fees: Client responsible for any bank or processing fees
  • Partial refunds: Applied to original invoice balance
